As part of our services, the brand will provide all necessary documents, images, and other relevant materials (“Content”) required for the purpose of the project. The brand shall ensure that all the provided Content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

Project Deliverables and Process (PDP):

The project deliverables and process will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before commencing any work. The PDP will outline the scope of work, timelines, milestones, and any other pertinent details necessary for the successful execution of the project.

Client’s Responsibilities:

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the project discussion phase. The client shall cooperate and respond promptly to any requests for feedback or additional information to ensure the smooth progression of the project.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights pertaining to the services provided by Zaroori Retail Services, including but not limited to creative content, designs, and other original works, shall remain the property of Zaroori Retail Services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Confidentiality:

Both parties shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project. This obligation extends beyond the duration of the project.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the project with prior written notice if there is a material breach of these Terms. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

Limitation of Liability:

Zaroori Retail Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Content provided by the client.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties. If an amicable resolution is not possible, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction], with each party bearing its own costs.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ludhiana, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
