Refund Policy for Zarooriretail Customers

  1. Full Refund: Zarooriretail commits to a full refund of the payment received if we fail to onboard the brand onto the marketplace within 60 days from the date of registration. This is subject to compliance with all required processes and the provision of necessary information and documentation by the client.
  2. Partial Onboarding: In instances where partial onboarding has been accomplished, such as the completion of a project list or other preparatory work, Zarooriretail will calculate a proportional amount to be deducted from the refund to cover the services rendered up to that point.
  3. Client Delay: If onboarding is delayed due to the client’s failure to provide information, documentation, or any other necessary cooperation, or if the client does not initiate the onboarding process, the client shall not be eligible for a refund under this clause.
  4. Force Majeure: The refund policy is subject to a force majeure clause. Circumstances beyond the control of Zarooriretail that inhibit the onboarding process may render this refund policy void.

 

Exceptions: The following exceptions are not covered by the refund policy:

  1. Quality issues with the product that lead to rejection.
  2. Rejection of photoshoots due to unsatisfactory quality or non-compliance with marketplace standards.
  3. Serviceability issues that are beyond the control of Zarooriretail.
  4. Failure to provide relevant and necessary documentation for the onboarding process.
  5. Conflicts with the Zarooriretail team or the use of derogatory remarks either verbally or on social media.

 

By proceeding with the registration and payment process, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth in this refund policy. Zarooriretail maintains the right to apply this policy at its discretion, ensuring fairness and due process in all cases.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, the customer must contact ZarooriRetail.com customer support via email at info@zarooriretail.com within 60 days of the initial payment.

Refund Options:

  1. Full Refund: ZarooriRetail.com will provide a full refund of the payment made for the uncompleted listing if the customer requests a refund within the specified time frame.
  2. Service Extension: Alternatively, the customer may choose to extend the date of our services instead of opting for a refund. In this case, the service will be extended, and our team will work to complete the listing as per the new agreed-upon timeline.

 

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving a refund request, ZarooriRetail.com will review the request and determine its eligibility based on the criteria mentioned in this policy.
