This Workplace Policy outlines the expectations, standards, and procedures applicable to all employees, contractors, and interns. Code of Conduct

All team members are expected to:

  • Treat colleagues, clients, and partners with respect.
  • Demonstrate integrity and professionalism at all times.
  • Communicate openly, constructively, and respectfully.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client data.
  • Report any misconduct or policy violations to HR.

Work Hours & Attendance

  • Standard working hours are 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Flexibility is permitted with manager approval.
  • Remote and hybrid work options are available based on role and project needs.
  • Unplanned absences must be communicated to the reporting manager at the earliest.

Remote Work Policy

  • Team members working remotely must maintain the same standards of productivity, communication, and availability.
  • Ensure a secure and quiet workspace with stable internet connectivity.
  • Use company-approved tools and platforms for collaboration and task tracking.

Communication Guidelines

  • Use official communication tools (e.g., Slack, Email, Google Meet) for work-related discussions.
  • Maintain professional tone in all written and verbal communication.
  • Avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information via unsecured channels.

Use of Company Assets

  • Company laptops, phones, software, and credentials must be used responsibly.
  • Do not install unauthorized software or access restricted websites.
  • Report any loss, theft, or breach immediately to IT.

Harassment & Discrimination

Zaroori Retail maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment or discrimination, including but not limited to:

  • Verbal, physical, or visual harassment.
  • Discrimination based on gender, age, race, religion, or sexual orientation.
  • Retaliation against individuals who report or oppose unlawful practices.

Performance & Feedback

  • Performance is reviewed quarterly with constructive feedback provided.
  • Employees are encouraged to take ownership of their goals and seek feedback.
  • Exceptional contributions may be rewarded with bonuses, recognition, or promotions.

Learning & Development

  • Employees are encouraged to pursue courses, certifications, and training relevant to their role.
  • Zaroori Retail may sponsor learning programs based on individual growth and company needs.

Exit Policy

  • Employees must serve a standard notice period of 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
  • All company assets must be returned, and handovers must be completed during the exit process.
  • Exit interviews are conducted to gather feedback and ensure a smooth transition.

Confidentiality & Non-Compete

  • Employees must not share client or company information with competitors or unauthorized parties.
  • A non-compete agreement may be enforced for key positions, depending on the role and access level.

Policy Updates

This policy may be revised periodically. Employees will be notified of changes in writing or through internal communication channels.
