1Payment Terms

All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a signed service agreement.
Services begin immediately upon payment confirmation.
All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

Client-Caused Delays

Delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late submission of required information or documents by the client.

Marketplace Rejections

Rejection by marketplaces due to non-compliance with their policies, quality standards, or documentation requirements.

Business Decision Changes

Change of business decision, strategy, or direction by the client after service initiation.

Partial Usage

Partial utilization of services before requesting cancellation.

3Exceptional Cases

In rare circumstances, refunds may be considered:

As Per Signed Agreement

Refunds may be processed if explicitly stated in a signed service agreement between Zaroori Retail and the client.

Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

4Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@zarooriretail.com.
Cancellation does NOT automatically guarantee refund eligibility.
Zaroori Retail reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are delayed or defaulted.

Note: Termination of services does not entitle the client to refunds unless contractually agreed.

Keep copies of all documentation and communications.

6Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
