I am the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zaroori Retail, a premium marketplace onboarding and account management firm built to help brands scale with clarity, structure, and long-term profitability across India and international markets.
With over 15+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital retail, and marketplace ecosystems, I have worked closely with 4,000+ brands across fashion, beauty, personal care, lifestyle, FMCG, and emerging D2C categories. My work focuses on transforming brands from limited online presence into high-visibility, multi-marketplace businesses.
At Zaroori Retail, we operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and data. Our teams manage complex marketplace ecosystems including Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Tata CLiQ, Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, Aza Fashions, Purple, Tira, Mirraw, FirstCry, and leading platforms across UAE, USA, and Canada. We are known for handling premium and scale-driven brands that require disciplined execution, governance, and revenue accountability.

To support this belief, I led the creation of ZarooriJini, our proprietary ERP and AI-enabled platform designed to bring visibility, control, and intelligence into marketplace operations, cataloging, performance marketing, reconciliation, and team workflows.
In parallel, I founded Zaroori Academy, an institution dedicated to building skilled professionals in marketplace management and digital commerce. The academy reflects my long-term commitment to talent creation, mentorship, and institutional growth within India's e-commerce ecosystem.
An IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, I bring a structured, governance-driven approach to growth—balancing ambition with systems, and scale with sustainability. My work today is increasingly focused on building long-lasting institutions, mentoring leadership teams, and enabling brands to compete at a global standard.
