2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent a brand or business to use our services.
3. Scope of Services
Zaroori Retail provides support in:
Marketplace onboarding and compliance.
Catalog creation and listing.
Brand management and marketplace strategy.
Advertising and performance marketing.
Reporting, analytics, and growth consultations.
We do not guarantee sales performance or listing approvals, as final decisions rest with the respective marketplaces.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and brand assets.
Ensure your products meet the guidelines of the target marketplace(s).
Respond promptly to communications and action items.
Make timely payments as per agreed service modules.
Failure to comply may delay or halt service delivery.
5. Fees and Payment
Service fees are as per the selected package: ABR, ABT, or ULTIMATE.
Payments must be made in advance or as per agreed milestones.
Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of services.
All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All brand content provided by you remains your property. Any content, strategies, or tools developed by Zaroori Retail remain our intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all business, technical, and financial information shared during the engagement.
8. Third-Party Platforms
We act as facilitators and advisors. We are not responsible for the policies, practices, or decisions of third-party marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Tata Cliq, etc.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
You breach these Terms & Conditions.
There is prolonged non-cooperation or non-payment.
The brand engages in fraudulent or unethical practices.
Upon termination, outstanding dues must be cleared within 7 business days.
10. Limitation of Liability
Zaroori Retail is not liable for:
Marketplace rejections or delays.
Loss of revenue, profit, or data.
Any indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Your Jurisdiction], and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
